“I want to thank you for the wonderful job you and your installers did for my bathroom. You made it easy to choose the fixtures – shower, sink, toilet, faucets, vanity, towel bars. When I had visited various home improvement stores in the past I was overwhelmed by all the choices and just gave up looking. You were very helpful and supportive with my choices while allowing me to make decisions that were right for me.

“You gave me a very useful and accurate estimate for the various options. The email proposals were detailed, explicit, and very helpful in having me choose exactly what I wanted. You kept me thoroughly informed every step of the way both via email and on the phone. You were always available for me to communicate with question and concerns. You were quite accurate in estimating the length of time that the reno would take. I’m told that is a rarity with contractors. You informed me when an unforeseen glitch occurred so that I knew that would create a delay.

“You gave up much of a Saturday in order to personally install the robe hook and then empty my garage – rather than sending a work on Monday to do the job. The final cost was not a surprise to me – well except that I thought maybe you would have added to it for a couple things that weren’t in the proposal. You have agreed to find another shower head and make adjustments so that I will get the kind of shower I wanted.

Dream Project
